Tax Director, Transfer Pricing - Remote

Overview

The Director – Transfer Pricing will lead Autodesk’s global transfer pricing function, overseeing strategy, planning, valuations, audit defense, and compliance.

Requirements

• 12+ years of transfer pricing experience.
• Advanced degree in Tax/Economics/Finance; CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a multinational tech company.
• Deep knowledge of corporate and international tax.
• Ability to perform financial/economic analyses.
• Excellent communication skills for drafting agreements and memos.
• Strong leadership skills with team management experience.
• Ability to meet project deadlines with attention to detail.
