Overview

As a Junior Claims Quality Agent, you will be part of a motivated customer service team, providing professional phone support and helping to improve service quality for private customers.

• Coordinate appointments for branches via phone and email.
• Advise car partners on claims submission and transport status.
• Monitor calls and emails for quality assurance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Keep car partners informed about their complaints and transport status.
• Review complaints and ensure data accuracy.
• Provide innovative solutions for problem-solving.
• Maintain quality reports and documentation.
• Provide feedback to team leaders and management.
• Prepare quality reports for management review.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in quality assurance in call centers/BPO.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Native or advanced Bulgarian speaker.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Automotive knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Solid time management skills.
