HR Business Partner (d/m/w) - Remote

Overview

As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for implementing our HR strategy and supporting management with training and coaching to enhance organizational culture and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience in HR Business Partnering or Consulting, preferably in an international startup environment.
• Strong knowledge of German labor law combined with a coaching mindset.
• Excellent time and project management skills.
• Proactive and solution-oriented personality with confidence to communicate at the senior management level.
• Fluency in German (minimum C2) and English (minimum C1).
