Customer Service Representative in Order Processing (m/f/d) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative in Order Processing to join our Document Management Team at Autohero. Your role will ensure smooth document dispatch and handle inquiries from customers, service providers, and other departments, making the car purchase experience at Autohero exceptional!

In Short

• Maintain oversight in the team and contribute to process optimizations.
• Manage the operational document management of our vehicle inventory.
• Ensure complete document receipt for a smooth process.
• Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries regarding vehicle documents.
• Coordinate timely deliveries and diagnose delays.
• Act as a communication interface between customers, internal departments, and external partners.
• Prioritize tasks effectively within the team.
• Help customers receive their new cars promptly with our unique glass truck delivery.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training and some assistant experience or team leadership experience is a plus.
• Experience in customer support in E-commerce, document management, or the automotive sector is ideal.
• Proven success in process development and optimization.
• Enjoy customer contact with a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented work style.
• Team player with a hands-on mentality.
• Strong communication skills in German and English, and proficient in Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.).
