Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of wirkaufendeinauto.de, processing customer requests via email and phone while contributing to the professional support of private customers.

• Proactive customer service (50% outbound, 50% inbound).
• Answer customers’ questions and help coordinate branch evaluation visits.

Requirements

• Very good written and spoken Dutch or French language skills.
• Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation.
• 6 months or more of experience in customer service.
