Overview

We are looking for a Junior People Project Manager Benefits (d/m/w) for our People Organisation and Development Team. In this role, you will support us in further developing AUTO1 as an attractive employer by contributing to the design, implementation, and optimization of our employee benefits programs. This will help improve the working environment for our team.

• You plan and coordinate the introduction of new benefits – from the first idea to successful go-live.
• You analyze data and feedback to further develop our offerings.
• You make benefits tangible: with creative communication measures, appealing presentations, and clear instructions, you excite our team about our offerings.
• You have a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• You have initial experience in HR project management or business development.
• You possess organizational talent and project management skills and communicate clearly and on equal terms.
• Analytical thinking and a confident handling of data are part of your skills.
• Excellent language skills in German (min. level C2) and English (min. level C1).
• 100% remote throughout Germany! No matter where you live in Germany, work full-time from home.

Requirements
