(Junior) Project Manager (m/w/d) - Remote

Overview

The position of (Junior) Project Manager offers the opportunity to work closely with the sales team, manage processes, and act as an important interface to IT.

In Short

• Support Key Account Management in customer project development.
• Optimize and coordinate sales and business processes.
• Create and analyze reports and statistics using Excel.
• Collaborate closely with the IT department to improve processes and systems.
• Assist in implementing new sales strategies and projects.
• Manage interfaces between sales, IT, and other internal departments.
• Maintain and manage sales databases and tools.

Requirements

• Completed studies or training, ideally related to chemistry, business, or a comparable field.
• Solid Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis.
• Ideally, some sales experience or a strong affinity for sales-oriented work.
• Experience or knowledge in the chemistry industry is a plus but not a must.
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.
• Fluent in German and English.
