Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager (f/m/x) to join our People Organisation and Development Team, that focuses on improving AUTO1's capability through the alignment of business strategy, company structure, staffing plans, people programs, operations and business processes in our AUTO1 Group People Department. In this department we shape the way we work and help our team grow. AUTO1 Group is Europe’s leading digital automotive platform. We revolutionize the used car market with our well-known brands Autohero, wirkaufendeinauto.de and AUTO1.com.

In Short

• Support leadership managing the structure of their departments, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Support leadership in operating on their Staffing Budget.
• Responsible for processes surrounding the Payroll Managers.
• Collaborate in reviewing internal staffing events.
• Act as the primary point of contact for position-related inquiries.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in business development or project management.
• Strong project management skills.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Excellent English language skills; any other European language is a plus.
