Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer and 2+ years in a Tech Lead role.
• Solid understanding of systems architecture design.
• Experience with blockchain technology, especially Ethereum.
• Proficiency in message-based and event-based programming.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good people management skills.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Comfortable balancing risk and business needs.
