• Coordinate personalized donor appreciation efforts.
• Manage the Advancement database (Raiser’s Edge).
• Ensure data integrity through audits and validation.
• Design and generate reports for fundraising and alumni engagement.
• Support colleagues with data access and training.
• Oversee management of donor and alumni records.
• Participate in cross-functional data projects.
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Five years of related professional experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Raiser’s Edge software.
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse environment.
• Collaborative work style with initiative.
• Commitment to confidentiality.
• Strong experience in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• High sense of confidentiality.
