Technical Writer - Remote

Overview

As a Technical Writer at AuditBoard, you will play a key role in ensuring that our internal and external documentation is clear, accurate, and up-to-date, collaborating with various teams to produce high-quality documentation.

• Collaborate with PED teams to draft and publish release notes.
• Maintain internal product documentation for various stakeholders.
• Support the integrations team in improving developer documentation.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure documentation accuracy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a technical writer in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience writing release notes and product documentation.
• Familiarity with Knowledge Base & CMS tools.
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and APIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• User-centric mindset.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus.
