Requirements

• 3+ years in a Software Training role within SaaS.
• Experience in delivering VILT content to enterprise customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Expertise in Adult Learning Theory and best practices.
• Proficiency in presentation software and virtual meeting tools.
• Ability to leverage AI for enhanced learning experiences.
• Experience with LMS administration is a plus.
• Familiarity with eLearning tools is advantageous.
• Background in Audit, Risk, or Compliance technology is a plus.
