Overview

As a Technical Writer at AuditBoard, you will play a key role in ensuring that our internal and external documentation is clear, accurate, and up-to-date.

In Short

• Collaborate with PED teams to draft, edit, and publish release notes.
• Maintain a well-structured release notes page.
• Support PED teams in drafting internal documentation.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear content.
• Manage and improve developer documentation for APIs.
• Gather information from stakeholders to ensure documentation accuracy.
• Identify documentation gaps and propose improvements.
• 3+ years of technical writing experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and APIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

• Experience writing release notes and product documentation.
• Familiarity with Knowledge Base and CMS tools.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to various audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
