The position is to be filled in full-time.
We are looking for a new team member in Berlin, Mainz or remote.

In Short

• You independently take care of the acquisition and placement of motivated career changers, trainees, and specialists for our network partners in hearing acoustics.
• You are responsible for your region (partly multiple federal states), accompanying our specialist companies from the qualification of open positions to hiring.
• You actively promote the recruiting service and our internal training program (career entry in hearing acoustics) and continuously develop the offer.
• You work independently and also in a team on strategic projects to professionalize recruiting. We like to try new ways and test innovative solutions!
• As an agile company, we like to think outside the box. This means that you will also get to know other roles in the company, try out working in the hearing acoustics specialist shop yourself, or participate in organizing team events or networking meetings.

Requirements

• You have already gained relevant experience in recruiting and want to expand it.
• Daily tasks include: Active Sourcing (Xing, LinkedIn, etc.), Cold Calling & Cold Running, job postings, screening, interviewing, personnel selection, and consulting on the recruiting process.
• You are looking for a challenge that you want to drive forward independently - by being bold for new ways.
• In your previous positions, you have demonstrated a high degree of initiative, organization, and flexibility.
• You speak fluent German, English is only needed when you want to meet our international colleagues.
• You do not shy away from going the extra mile for the success of the company, dive deep into your area of responsibility, and are eager to penetrate the industry.
• Metrics help you understand and optimize your work results, which is why you are used to dealing with them.
• You are also up for some fun because our team loves to laugh and motivate each other to succeed.
