In Short

• Actively recruit career changers, apprentices, and professionals for our partners and connect them to our network.
• Engage in active sourcing, cold calling candidates, job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
• Independently manage your region (e.g., several federal states) from the first contact to successful placement.
• Present our recruiting offerings convincingly and further develop them.
• Advise and support our partners throughout the recruiting process professionally and find individual solutions.
• Work on strategic projects around recruiting and enjoy testing new, innovative approaches.
• As an agile company, we like to think outside the box. You will learn about different areas at Audibene, e.g., through job shadowing in the retail store or co-organizing events and networking meetings.

Requirements

• Interest in HR work, specifically in recruiting, ideally with some initial experience (not a must).
• Willingness to take responsibility, work independently, and find creative solutions for challenging profiles.
• Structured work approach, organizational talent, and willingness to go the extra mile to achieve goals.
• Desire for fast, flexible, and highly independent work.
• Ability to make successes measurable and use metrics to understand and optimize work results.
• Fluent in German – English is only needed for communication with our international colleagues.
• Enjoy working in a team with humor – we love to laugh and celebrate successes together!
