As a Recruiter at Tenstorrent, you will be a key player in our mission to find and hire the best talent in APAC, especially the Japan market. We are looking for a creative, outside-the-box thinker who can spot talent that will thrive in our unique culture.

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire top technical talent in Japan.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through various channels.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Provide a high-touch candidate experience.
• Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in recruiting.
• Fluency in Japanese and English; proficiency in a third language preferred.
• Experience working on a distributed or global team.
• Ability to thrive in an evolving environment.
