In Short

• Acquire new acoustic businesses for our growing network from initial contact to successful contract conclusion.
• Manage the complete onboarding of new partners to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Identify market potentials and work on strategic initiatives to expand our partner network.
• Communicate clearly and negotiate effectively via phone, digital channels, and in-person.
• Support existing partners in their expansion plans and assist young entrepreneurs.
• Organize regional events and attend key trade fairs and networking events in Germany.

Requirements

• Initial professional experience in B2B business or as an acoustician with experience in district or regional management.
• Passionate about sales and networking.
• Experience in fieldwork (50% travel) covering Central and Southern Germany.
• Ability to understand the detailed needs of business partners.
• High social skills such as empathy, sales skills, and reliability.
• Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships, goal-oriented, independent, and service-oriented.
• Fluent in German.
