• You actively recruit career changers, trainees, and professionals for our partners and connect them to our network.
• You independently manage your region (e.g., multiple federal states) – from the first contact to successful placement.
• You present our recruiting offer convincingly and further develop it.
• You advise and support our partners throughout the recruiting process professionally and find individual solutions.
• You work on strategic projects around recruiting and enjoy testing new, innovative approaches.
• As an agile company, we like to think outside the box. You will get to know various areas at audibene, e.g., by visiting a retail store or co-organizing events and networking meetings.

Requirements

• You have relevant experience in recruiting – Active Sourcing, Cold Calling & Cold Running, job postings, screening, and conducting interviews.
• Experience from a personnel services company would be a great advantage, as the work here is very similar.
• You take responsibility, work independently, and find creative solutions for challenging profiles.
• You are looking for a challenge and are eager to deeply understand an exciting industry.
• You work in a structured manner, possess organizational talent, and go the extra mile to achieve your goals.
• You enjoy fast, flexible, and highly responsible work.
• You like to make successes measurable and use metrics to understand and optimize your work results.
• You speak fluent German – English is only needed when communicating with our international colleagues.
