In Short

• Preparation and follow-up (primarily remote) for existing customers
• Customer support
• Hearing tests
• Assistance with hearing aid handling
• Minor repairs
• Onboarding of hearing care professionals with company software
• Setting up calendars and accounts
• Virtual collaboration with nationwide hearing aid businesses
• Data collection and presentation
• Technical support and capacity planning

Requirements

• Completed training or further education in hearing care with relevant customer experience
• Experience in providing high-quality and quick hearing aids
• High-level communication skills to convince both demanding customers and experienced colleagues
• Ability to convey knowledge creatively
• Team-oriented and comfortable in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
• Desire to sustainably change the acoustics industry through digitalization
