We’re partnering with a rapidly expanding, global leader in solutions and consumables, specifically serving the flexographic printing market. This isn’t just another sales role; it’s a chance to become the driving force behind their Italian market strategy, building upon existing successes and shaping the future of their presence in this key region.

In Short

  • Entrepreneurial Impact: Forget being a cog in a machine. You’ll be taking the reins from an existing, non-Italy-focused sales team and building a dedicated, in-market presence. You’ll have a direct line to the leadership team, influencing strategy and contributing to high-level decision-making.
  • Agility and Innovation: This is a smaller, highly flexible organization that can react quickly to market demands. They pride themselves on fast turnaround times, bespoke product development, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Product Portfolio Depth: You’ll be representing a comprehensive range of solutions for the flexo industry, including essential consumables and other key components. This allows you to offer complete solutions to your clients, building long-term partnerships.
  • Greenfield Opportunity with Support: While you’ll be responsible for driving new business (and we expect you to be a proactive hunter!), you’ll also be nurturing existing relationships and leveraging the company’s global resources and expertise.
  • Be the Face of the Brand: You’ll be the key point of contact for Italian customers, representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and in partnership development.

Requirements

  • Deep Flexo Expertise: You must have a proven track record within the flexographic printing industry, either from a supplier or manufacturer perspective. Technical understanding is crucial.
  • Sales Hunter Mentality: You’re a self-starter, driven to identify and close new business opportunities. You thrive in a field-based role, building relationships and exceeding targets.
  • Relationship Builder: You’re not just about closing deals; you’re about building long-term partnerships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Fluent Communicator: You’re fluent in Italian (for customer interactions) and English (for internal communication within this international team).
  • Strategic Thinker: You can see the bigger picture and develop a strategic approach to market penetration and growth.
