We're a Canadian remote-first company supporting nonprofits across North America—and we’re growing fast. We’re hiring a Customer Success Specialist to support and guide our users—from grassroots fundraisers to national nonprofits—as they run successful events on our platform.

In Short

  • Support users via email, chat, and occasionally calls
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and professionally
  • Help improve internal processes and collaborate with a fully remote team
  • Customer support experience (email/chat/Zoom)
  • Tech-savvy with great communication skills
  • Comfortable with Excel and basic web design
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Legal Resident of Canada fluent in English
  • Experience in nonprofit fundraising events (bonus)
  • Familiarity with tools like Slack, Notion, Intercom, Enchant (bonus)

Requirements

  • Remote work experience & self-starter mentality (bonus)
