The Area Sales Coordinator assumes a pivotal role, providing support for the remote and on-site group sales team for The White Barn Inn, Mayflower, The Vanderbilt and Wildflower Farms. This role curates a seamless experience.

• Support the group sales team remotely and on-site.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience as a sales/catering assistant.
• Familiarity with Delphi and Opera systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to support cross-functional project teams.
