Overview

The Analyst, Deal Strategy (Sales) at Attentive will assist in optimizing deal structures and pricing strategies, collaborating closely with sales, finance, and legal teams to enhance operational efficiency and support revenue growth.

In Short

  • Assist Account Executives and Account Directors/Managers with deal structure and pricing guidance.
  • Work with management to improve deal structure and pricing processes.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and legal leadership.
  • Design and deliver training materials for internal stakeholders.
  • Lead operational trainings for the field organization.
  • Maintain a library of best practices and internal documentation.
  • Conduct analyses and create reports for management.
  • Implement continuous improvements to the Deal Enablement team.
  • Present to key sales and finance stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Finance, or Sales Operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Knowledge of ASC 606 and SOX compliance.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Executive presence and ability to drive improvements independently.
  • Familiarity with MS Office / GSuite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
