Requirements

• Understanding of client business needs in the financial aid industry.
• Experience in a financial aid office in higher education.
• System configuration and data conversion experience.
• Collaborative development environment experience.
• Background in complex business systems and integration projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and team player attitude.
• Ability to prioritize work across multiple projects.
• Comfort in facilitating and training users on system functionality.
