Manager, Client Success (Life Sciences) - Remote

Overview

The Manager, Client Success is a customer-facing role working directly with Atropos Health’s Life Sciences customers and partners, aiming to drive customer satisfaction and commercial success.

In Short

• Manage a portfolio of clients and partners.
• Monitor usage metrics and key performance indicators.
• Conduct periodic status meetings and business reviews.
• Act as a Life Sciences subject matter expert.
• Partner with the Life Sciences Sales team.
• Provide client feedback to the Product team.
• Become proficient in Atropos Health’s Temporal Query Language (TQL).
• Strong communication and project management skills required.
• Experience with real-world healthcare data is essential.
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong initiative and ability to work independently.
• Experience managing projects with top-tier pharmaceutical companies.
• Prior experience with real-world healthcare data.
• Strong technical skills with SQL; knowledge of R or Python is a plus.
• Experience in a startup environment.
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5+ years in healthcare, consulting, or pharmaceuticals/biotech.
