As the Senior Manager of Software Engineering at ATPCO, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how the global aviation industry operates every day. You’ll lead the teams responsible for collecting, distributing, and delivering ATPCO’s core data assets—the foundation behind the products and services airlines depend on worldwide.

• Lead and mentor multiple Engineering Managers and their teams.
• Define and maintain ATPCO’s technology roadmap.
• Champion reliability and performance in software engineering.
• Introduce and standardize engineering metrics for performance measurement.
• Develop and implement ATPCO’s AI strategy within the software development lifecycle.
• Partner with Product and Infrastructure leaders for alignment.
• Drive measurable improvements in engineering process efficiency.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Communicate strategy and progress to executive leadership.
• Ensure technology decisions align with long-term business objectives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years managing engineering teams.
• Experience with high-availability, enterprise-grade systems.
• Proven track record in defining technology roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of modern software delivery practices.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
