  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in Salesforce solution engineering or consulting.
  • Expertise in Salesforce technologies such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture and integrations.
  • Skilled at navigating complex interpersonal dynamics.
