HR Manager / Consultant - Remote

Overview

This position is primarily remote with some on-site client work in Rochester, NY. We are looking for an HR Manager to provide custom HR solutions for small businesses, managing various HR functions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of HR experience in a generalist/manager role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR systems.
• Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
