Overview

As the Head of Solutions Engineering at Atomic, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our rapidly growing portfolio of partners by being a key technical player in the sales process and collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective implementation.

In Short

• Be the go-to technical advisor for Atomic partners.
• Serve as subject matter expert of our product.
• Drive complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles across verticals.
• Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams.
• Prepare and deliver high-impact demos for partners.
• Drive new customer acquisition and user onboarding.
• Provide technical discovery and solution requirement gathering.
• Manage a portfolio of Partner implementation projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in Sales Engineering or Solution Architecture.
• Strong project management skill set.
• Previous experience in Software Engineering role.
• Skilled presenter with experience conducting product demos.
• Strong interpersonal and written skills.
• Experienced working with APIs.
• Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy.
