Overview

As part of the Customer Service Department, you will support users by providing clear, accurate and friendly assistance across multiple channels in a multicultural environment.

  • Troubleshoot issues related to card problems, transactions, app access, or account updates.

  • Meet defined performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch.
  • Experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.
  • Familiarity with banking and financial services is a plus.
