Maintenance Lead/HVAC - Remote Camp

Overview

ATCO Frontec is seeking a Maintenance Lead/HVAC to join our Camp Services team in Northern British Columbia. The Maintenance Lead/HVAC is responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance, inspections, modifications, installation and dismantling of HVAC systems.

In Short

• Plan, supervise, inspect, and schedule maintenance operations.
• Oversee HVAC maintenance tasks including installation and troubleshooting.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Conduct inspections and report equipment defects.
• Respond to HVAC emergencies promptly.
• Interact with clients for effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental codes.
• Provide leadership to a team on site.
• Replace plumbing fixtures and maintain systems.

Requirements

• Red Seal Journeyman HVAC/Refrigeration Mechanic Certification.
• Minimum Class B Gas Fitter License.
• Current certificates in Fall Arrest and Confined Space.
• Class 5 license with a clean drivers abstract.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read drawings and schematics.
• Teamwork capability.
