HVAC Maintenance Mechanic - Remote

Overview

The role of the HVAC Maintenance Mechanic is to provide the necessary skill sets required to perform the maintenance and repairs to preserve the physical assets of the Building, Systems, and Equipment under the direction of the Facility and Operations Managers.

In Short

• Provide maintenance and repairs for HVAC systems.
• Work under the direction of Facility and Operations Managers.
• 1st shift position, Tuesday to Saturday.
• Ten plus years of facility maintenance experience preferred.
• Journeyman certification in HVAC or related fields required.
• Experience with pumps, motors, and hydraulics.
• Knowledge of building automation and monitoring systems.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Knowledge of maintenance systems like MAXIMO is helpful.
• Participate in safety training and compliance.

Requirements

• Journeyman certification in HVAC, Electrical, or Mechanical craft areas.
• Experience with controller programs (Allen-Bradley, Fanuc, Siemens).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance.
• Ability to maintain spare parts inventories.
• Experience with safety compliance and training.
• Ability to perform general housekeeping in work areas.
• Maintain current Fork truck & Aerial Lift Operators License.
• Attend scheduled training as required.
