Director of Nursing - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Director of Nursing who wants their work to mean something — a senior clinical leader who brings vision, accountability, and compassion to overseeing home health and infusion nursing services.

In Short

• Direct Hire (Perm Placement with our Client)
• Compensation: $120k - $140k based on overall experience
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST (Schedule subject to change based on business needs; on‑call leadership coverage required)
• Location: Remote
• Responsible for clinical integrity and regulatory compliance of nursing services
• Oversee home health and infusion nursing services
• Ensure high-quality care for patients
• Support and develop nursing teams
• Lead recruitment and retention of nursing staff
• Manage nursing department budgets and expenses

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in home care or hospital nursing
• Minimum of three (3) years of nursing leadership or management experience
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as required
