Strategic Operations Process Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Strategic Operations Process Analyst is responsible for analysis, redesign, optimization, and auditing of organizational processes and workflows, as well as coordination of all related activities between Asurint’s Product, Technology, and Operational teams.

In Short

• Promotes and implements best practices in governance affecting operational risk.
• Conducts VSM and SIPOC workshops for process improvements.
• Prepares detailed reports on workflows and process improvements.
• Acts as subject matter expert on Drug Testing & Medical Services workflows.
• Documents project plans and implements change control procedures.
• Assists in prioritization of features and builds consensus among stakeholders.
• Communicates project information and coordinates activities across teams.
• Participates in meetings to ensure acceptance criteria are met.
• Develops user acceptance test plans and coordinates UAT phase.
• Ensures timely delivery of organizational solutions and project handoff.

Requirements

• Experience as a technical project manager or project coordinator.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Understanding of ISO specifications.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Experience with influence management and conflict resolution.
• Experience with software development.
• Proficiency in MS Office or similar software.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
