• Contribute to product development while leading a skilled team of engineers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in a high-growth scaling startup.
• Attention to detail and a passion for building high-standard products.
• Experience establishing goals and deliverables.
• Ability to attract, retain, and grow software engineering talent.
• Ability to contribute to the team’s vision and roadmap.
• Not required: Specific technology or programming language background.
