It’s currently highly manual, involving phone calls, faxes, and gut instinct—costing tens of billions of dollars a year. We can do better.

In Short

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of end-to-end technical solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable architectures.
• Provide guidance on system integration, cloud adoption, and enterprise architecture best practices.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their business goals and technical challenges.
• Present solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
• Drive innovation by identifying and recommending cutting-edge technologies, tools, and processes.
• Mentor and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and sales.
• Provide hands-on technical expertise during pre-sales, implementation, and post-deployment phases.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.
• Oversee solution delivery, ensuring projects are executed on time and meet quality standards.

Requirements

• Experienced in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or a similar role.
• Deep expertise in system design, cloud architecture (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and enterprise integration.
• Strong technical skills, including experience with APIs, microservices, and data architectures.
• Ability to review and debug code (e.g., JSON, Python, JavaScript, or similar languages).
• Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar enterprise accounts and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, customer-centric mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with modern technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, serverless architectures, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with security best practices and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA).
