Overview

The Executive Virtual Assistant will provide high-level administrative and client communication support to the Founder of a growing legal tech company, focusing on coordinating demo calls, managing the CRM, and following up on leads.

In Short

  • Coordinate demo call scheduling with law firm clients
  • Manage and update CRM records (HubSpot)
  • Handle client communication via email and phone
  • Conduct follow-ups with leads and prospects from events
  • Track and respond to customer success inquiries
  • Maintain organized scheduling across PST and EST time zones
  • Support the Founder with administrative tasks to reduce workload bottlenecks

Requirements

  • Experience in client-facing roles with professional phone communication skills
  • Proven background in CRM management (HubSpot preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Gmail, Slack, and HubSpot (Apollo experience is a plus)
  • Experience handling lead follow-ups and prospect nurturing
  • Ability to work in PST hours and adapt to occasional EST overlap
  • Professional demeanor and proactive approach to tasks
