Financial Controlling - Assistant Manager / Senior Associate - Remote

Overview

As an Assistant Manager at Aspire, you will support the Financial Controlling team in managing Aspire Accounting, Finance Operations, and Financial Systems, ensuring the company is financially healthy and meeting reporting obligations.

In Short

• Support management of accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems.
• Assist in month-end close processes.
• Build cross-functional relationships to resolve financial issues.
• Improve accounting procedures and systems.
• Work with auditors to prepare workpapers for audits.
• Enhance internal controls and financial governance.
• Collaborate with the Tax team on local tax filings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with CA/CPA qualification or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of work experience, preferably in a Big 4 firm.
• Experience in Financial Services, Fintech, or Credit businesses.
• Strong proficiency in corporate accounting and GAAP regulations.
