The Total Loss Specialist at Aspire General Insurance Company is responsible for managing total loss claims, providing customer service, and ensuring compliance with insurance regulations.

  • Handle total loss claims for salvage vehicles.
  • Provide customer service regarding claim processes.
  • Determine accurate vehicle valuations.

  • Communicate effectively with insured parties and third-party claimants.
  • Complete necessary documentation for total loss vehicles.
  • Work in a remote environment with specified state requirements.

Requirements

  • 5 years experience in Auto Insurance in California.
  • Ability to learn insurance industry practices.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Bilingual candidates preferred.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based systems.
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
