The Senior Data Scientist plays a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization.

• Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; master’s preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in insurance.
• Expertise in predictive modeling and statistical analysis.
• Strong command of Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools.
• Ability to communicate complex analytics to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Solid understanding of Actuarial concepts is a plus.
