In Short

• This position will focus on product data and business intelligence.
• Support a wide range of business initiatives including analytics, reporting, and product filings.
• Work closely with multiple business and IT areas.
• Deliver critical analytical insights and communicate key product performance metrics.
• Research key business data using statistical analysis and data mining.
• Develop scalable and flexible data reporting and analysis solutions.
• Monitor product performance/results in coordination with actuarial and performance analytics.
• Identify competitor and industrial changes impacting product offers.
• Provide technical and analytical leadership to business stakeholders.
• Participate in testing and QA work of various inputs to and outputs from the data warehouse.

Requirements

• 2-5 years as a product analyst preferred.
• Bachelors Degree preferred, High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Advanced understanding of personal insurance business.
• Critical thinking, problem solving, and data analysis skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, and SQL.
• Experience in Property Casualty insurance.
• Ability to set priorities and perform multiple tasks.
• Ability to adapt to a paperless environment.
• Ability to develop excellent working relationships with staff and clients.
