Overview

Arvana develops sustainable, digital lead generation strategies for the B2B software industry. As a partner of industry leaders, we have established ourselves through our holistic approach.

In Short

• You will take full responsibility for financial planning – from budgeting to forecasting – and develop scalable processes for sustainable growth.
• You will identify optimization potentials and automate operational processes using tools like Make.com, Zapier, etc. – hands-on and impact-oriented.
• You will develop data-driven decision bases by building modern business intelligence structures (e.g., with Looker Studio).
• You will be a sparring partner for the founders in strategic and operational decisions and bring your own perspectives into the growth process.
• You will develop and realize new business ideas and go-to-market strategies – from 0 to 1.
• You will create clarity in complex topics through clean analyses, structured decision bases, and clear implementation plans.

Requirements

• You have successfully completed your Bachelor's or Master's degree and bring 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience from fast-changing corporate environments, such as startups, consulting, or VCs.
• You already have initial experience in managing other employees and interns and acting as a role model.
• You have a strong interest in building companies and a pronounced willingness to learn new things.
• You embody determination, a high degree of proactivity, and a sense of responsibility.
• You set high quality standards for yourself and others and exhibit a can-do mentality that motivates others.
• You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
