In Short

• Manage high-impact projects from conception to completion across all business verticals
• Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing documents while tracking KPIs and compiling performance updates
• Conduct market, competitor, and investor research to identify growth opportunities
• Support fundraising by creating pitch materials and organizing investor outreach
• Streamline workflows and improve operational processes
• Act as a sparring partner for the founder in prioritizing and executing strategic projects

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related analytical field from a top-tier university
• High-impact experience at Tier 1 consultancies, Investment Banks, Big Tech companies, or fast-scaling startups
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Self-directed work style with proven ability to manage multiple projects
• Track record of working directly with leadership to scale businesses
• Thrive in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environment
• Hard-working, ambitious, and persistent
