• Building and scaling creative production workflows to generate endless content variations with the help of AI.
• Optimizing campaign performance through large-scale A/B testing to maximize reach, conversion and revenue.
• Staying ahead of trends across social media platforms.
• Building comprehensive libraries of visual assets, prompts, and workflows for rapid content iteration.
• Managing partners in a scalable yet productive manner.
• Collaborating with our engineering team to optimize processes, systems and outputs.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Mathematics, or related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Expert-level proficiency across major ad platforms.
• Proven track record managing 100+ simultaneous campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret streaming data.
• Self-directed approach thriving in fast-paced environments.
