As a Compliance Consultant within the GRC Practice, you will lead compliance assessments and framework implementations, serving as a subject matter expert to help clients manage complex compliance obligations.

In Short

Lead compliance assessments across various regulatory frameworks.
Map overlapping frameworks to streamline compliance processes.
Conduct risk assessments and evaluate control designs.
Draft and revise information security policies and documentation.
Support clients during audits and manage remediation plans.
Contribute to business development and client relationship management.
Work independently on projects with minimal supervision.
Engage with clients to provide tailored compliance solutions.
Participate in proposal development and industry representation.
Maintain a trusted advisor relationship with clients.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years in compliance, information security, or audit roles.
Hands-on experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other frameworks.
Active professional certification (CISA, CISSP, etc.).
Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
