Compliance Consultant - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Compliance Consultant with 3 or more years of experience in the mortgage industry, focusing on independent brokers.

In Short

• Perform introduction/welcome calls for new clients.
• Communicate with clients in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
• Answer client questions thoroughly and in a timely manner.
• Assist clients with licensing applications/NMLS needs.
• Review client’s company website and social media accounts for state/federal advertising requirements.
• Perform advertising reviews on print ads, social media posts, videos, etc.
• Assist clients with pipeline management and application reviews.
• Complete Mortgage Call Reports and Financial Condition Reports.
• Perform file reviews for disclosure and record retention requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of mortgage compliance experience.
• Experience with Mortgage Compliance Advertising and Licensing process.
• College Degree or related experience.
• Experience with Mortgage Brokers preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to multi-task.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain productivity in a remote work setting.
• Basic Computer and Home Office Maintenance abilities.
