Overview

The Senior Solutions Engineer will serve as a trusted technical advisor for Arpio customers, focusing on supporting a self-hosted SaaS solution for large enterprise organizations with strict compliance requirements.

Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers
Support implementation and disaster recovery planning
Deeply understand customer environments and resilience goals
Advise on the best deployment of Arpio solutions
Participate in onboarding and account reviews
Document product gaps and customer feature requests
Assist with technical troubleshooting
Contribute to internal and external documentation
Occasional travel may be required

Requirements

10+ years in a technical, customer-facing role
Deep expertise in AWS
Knowledge of Kubernetes/EKS
Experience with cloud and hybrid networking technologies
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Certified AWS Solutions Architect or equivalent
US resident
