Overview

As an Agent Recruiter at Armstrong Transport Group, you will focus on bringing in experienced brokers to the agent program, leveraging your sales skills to recruit and support independent agents in the transportation industry.

• Source prospects through various channels including cold calling and networking.
• Sell the appeal of being an agent with Armstrong Transport Group.
• Screen, interview, assess, and hire top-quality agent prospects.
• Nurture and build relationships with potential agents.
• Participate in onboarding and assist agents in acclimating to the organization.
• Partner with the recruiting team to enhance the onboarding experience.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in transportation and logistics, with 2 years as a sales recruiter or freight broker.
• Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated self-motivation and intrinsic drive.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
