Overview

The Sourcing Specialist at Armstrong Transport Group will be responsible for sourcing new freight sales agents using various innovative strategies and technologies.

• Identify and develop qualified leads through various marketing channels.
• Screen outbound leads to ensure quality.

• Build relationships with prospective partners.
• Document contacts in CRM, specifically Salesforce.

• Coordinate marketing initiatives to enhance employer branding.
• Track lead progression through Salesforce.
• Work with various teams to implement recruiting strategies.
• Other tasks as assigned by the executive team.

Requirements

• Experience in transportation preferred but not mandatory.
• 2 years of experience in networking, marketing, and lead generation preferred.
• Outgoing self-starter with excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
