Overview

LingaTech is hiring an experienced Technology Recruiter who is accustomed to working in a fast-paced AGENCY STAFFING environment. The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for all aspects of the recruiting process and will work to recruit and place a wide range of skill sets for our client’s project and staffing needs.

• Position: IT Recruiter - Agency
• Location: Remote - Candidates must live in EST or CST timezone
• Position Type: 12 month contract
• Must have IT Staffing Agency experience supporting VMS accounts
• Source, screen, submit, and extend offers to candidates
• Conduct virtual interviews and reference checks
• Negotiate employment terms with candidates
• Ensure candidates meet client needs
• Maintain documentation within ATS
• 3+ years of agency technical recruiting experience required

Requirements

• 2+ years of VMS experience
• Proven ability to deliver top talent with urgency
• Minimum of 6 years in full lifecycle recruiting
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience using ATS and job boards
• Attention to detail and follow-up skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
